1) Our logistics team will be contacting you via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date.
** Delivery Slots: Mon-Sat, 2pm - 7pm. excluding Public Holidays.
2) If they are unable to contact you via the phone number that you provided, they will drop you an email to schedule your delivery date.
3) Your desk comes flat packed and would require assembly.
4) The team would assemble the desk upon delivery if you’ve purchased ‘On-Site Assembly’.


Do note that Assembly is not inclusive of disposal service of any kind - more details below

Optional Disposal Service:
Disposal services are offered by our logistics partner at a costing agreeable between both parties. (Subject to availability)
Customers are to inform our logistics partners about the disposal when scheduling for delivery date.
OneDesk will not be liable for damages / injuries arising from the disposal.

Terms and Conditions:

* Lead time might be extended during Promotional Period due to popular demand.
* Lead time is only applicable to items that are currently in-stock.
* Lead time is still fully dependent on time-slot availability of the logistics team
* "Working Days" is defined as Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded
