Our products are tested thoroughly and have passed all BS 5733 General Requirements for Electrical Accessories (BS 5733: 2010 + A1: 2014) at TUV SUD PSB Singapore. Our international adaptors have also passed all requirements set by BS-1363 at TUV SUD PSB Singapore.

Yes, we do! The installation can be done by our professional in-house electricians at a convenient time for you. Kindly note that there will be additional service fees for installation requests.

1metre of Nexen Electric Bar can support up to 10 Nexen Adaptors. The total power draw of the appliances connected to the Electric Bar should not exceed 8000 Watts.

Our products can be installed to replace any traditional socket outlet. Common residential areas that our customers choose to install the electric bar at include the living room space, kitchen, study room, and master room.

Please contact us to arrange a site visit for us to assess the faulty electric bar. During the site visit, if it is found that the electric bar is damaged due to faulty installation by 3rd party electrical installer, there will be a $30 charge for the site visit and any costs of replacement of the electric bar will be borne by the customer separately.
