• You should have your ID or carpenter do the cut-out based on the dimensions of the electric bar we provided.

Expected delivery window: 5-7 working days from the day of purchase*

Terms and Conditions:

• Lead time might be extended during Promotional Period due to popular demand.
• Lead time is only applicable to items that are currently in-stock.
• Lead time is still fully dependent on time-slot availability of the logistics team
• "Working Days" is defined as Monday to Friday. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded

How does it work?

1) Add your Shopify order into the note (If applicable)

2) Our logistics team will be contacting you via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date.

** Installation Slots: Mon-Fri, 2pm - 6pm. excluding Public Holidays.

3) Our logistics team will request photos of the areas where you want to install the electric bar before their trip down. So the team will proceed with the installation immediately once they reach.

4) The team would install the electric bar upon delivery if you’ve purchased ‘Installation Service’.
